  • Forest health & climate change
  • Wildlife habitat management
  • Recreation
  • Research uses

The Division of Forestry & Fire Protection has extended the original comment deadline of January 3, 2022 in response to a request from the public. Comments must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 17, 2022 in writing by mail or email to:

Two public scoping meetings were held December 15-16, 2021, via web meeting and teleconference. See the meeting presentation slides here

Revision Schedule (Estimated Dates):

  • December 2021: Public scoping
  • May 2022: Public review of the draft plan
  • Fall 2022: Final plan adopted
