Provide comments during the Public Review period, September 16 – November 19, 2024. Provide clear and specific feedback about the draft plan to help reviewers understand your comments as well as possible. Reference page and line numbers to direct reviewers to the portion of text addressed in your comment. Take a look at the pamphlet make your comments count for more information about how to craft an impactful comment. Informational meetings will be held during the comment period to discuss the revision and review process and share information about the proposed changes.
